In the fall of 1982, the life of Luther Alberson, a 44-year-old African-American male, came to a tragic and mysterious end in Sedgwick County, Kansas. On October 3rd of that year, his pickup truck was discovered abandoned at the corner of 9th Street North and Ohio Street in Wichita. This discovery would be the first piece of a somber puzzle that authorities are still trying to piece together decades later.
