For nearly three decades, the identity of a young man found in a shallow grave in Sedgwick County, Kansas, remained a mystery. On October 29, 1994, employees of the Kansas Gas and Electric Company were clearing ditches and trees in the 5600 block of West 47th Street South when they made a grim discovery.
