Earl Murray, a resident of Dellwood, Missouri, died on June 12, 2000, in a controversial incident involving law enforcement. Murray, along with his friend Ronald Beasley, was killed in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box restaurant in Berkeley, Missouri, during an attempted drug bust by the St. Louis County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force.
