Douglas Potter, aged 57, and his son Joseph Potter, aged 20, were found dead on March 11, 2014, in Babler State Park, Wildwood, Missouri. The tragic incident was ruled a murder-suicide by the St. Louis County police. According to the investigation, Douglas Potter shot his son Joseph before taking his own life.
