On July 4, 2014, Timothy Todd Logan, aged 53, from Excelsior Springs, Missouri, was involved in a tragic incident that resulted in his death. According to reports, Logan shot and killed his neighbor, Cletis Southwick, 49, as Southwick was returning home from a friend's house.
