Cletis R. Southwick, a 49-year-old resident of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2014. Southwick's death was the result of a violent incident that occurred on the night of July 4, 2014. According to reports, Southwick was returning home from a friend's house when he was shot by his neighbor, Todd Logan, 53. The incident took place in the Excelsior Manor Mobile Home Park, where both men resided.
