Maurice B. Brown, aged 48, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2014, in Kansas City, Missouri. Brown was found shot multiple times inside a residence located in the 4900 block of College Avenue. Witnesses reported hearing loud talking followed by gunshots and then saw Steven C. Winters, 20, standing over Brown with a gun.
