On the evening of March 30, 2015, in St. Louis, Missouri, a violent incident unfolded that claimed the lives of two individuals and left a community in mourning. William Edwin Crume, a 23-year-old African-American male known to friends and family as 'Booman,' was seated in the driver's seat of a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Park Avenue.
