Anthony J. Neptali Nieto, a 25-year-old resident of Joplin, Missouri, tragically passed away on November 21, 2016. Born on August 31, 1991, Anthony was known for his generous heart and love for life. He was raised in Joplin and was home-schooled after the first grade. Anthony worked at Walmart and later as a service technician for Fletcher Toyota.
