Howard Griffin Jr., a 45-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on the night of March 3, 2017. The incident occurred in Kinloch, a small city within St. Louis County. According to reports, officers from the Kinloch Police Department responded to a call about a person down at around 9:00 p.m. on the 8300 block of Oakridge Avenue.
