Janice Thomas, aged 36, tragically lost her life on February 8, 2018, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The incident occurred at her residence on Franklin Street, where she was fatally shot. The Poplar Bluff Police Department responded to a report of a man with a gun at the location. Upon arrival, officers heard gunshots and screams from inside the home. Janice Thomas was found with four gunshot wounds to her chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
