London Kay Simmons, a two-year-old girl from Saint Joseph, Missouri, tragically died on June 12, 2018. London was known for her love of swimming and "My Little Pony" pajamas. On that fateful day, she found a loaded handgun at home and accidentally shot herself in the chest. When the police arrived, they found her uncle carrying her limp body.
