In Saint Joseph, Missouri, a tragic incident cut short the life of two-year-old London Kay Simmons. On June 12, 2018, the young female child died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.

The devastating event unfolded inside a local apartment building. Instead of playing with her toys, London discovered a loaded handgun at her home. When police arrived at the scene, they found her uncle holding her limp body.
