On a Monday evening in Indianapolis, what began as a regular day ended in tragedy for 51-year-old Freddy Figueroa. He was found in the parking lot of an automotive business on the city's west side, having been shot five times. The call reporting shots fired came in just after 7:30 PM, a time when many would be settling in for the evening.
