Black / African American Joseph Quran Lacombe, a 26-year-old male resident of Saint Charles, Missouri, was fatally shot on the evening of June 1, 2019. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Chesstal Street, where police officers responded to a call regarding a shooting around 8:30 p.m. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Joseph lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
