Joseph Quran LaCombe, a 26-year-old resident of Saint Charles, Missouri, tragically passed away on June 1, 2019. Born on September 12, 1992, in Bronx, New York, Joseph was the beloved son of Yasmin Akeba Weaver and Joseph Proctor. His untimely death was the result of a violent altercation with his cousin, Lamont LaCombe, which escalated over a personal dispute.
