On May 29, 2009, 24-year-old Armando Samaniego was fatally shot in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred near the intersection of East 38th Street and North Post Road. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and observed a vehicle speeding away from the scene.
