John L. Turner, a 29-year-old resident of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was tragically shot to death on December 30, 2019, in Fayette, Missouri. Turner was found inside his car on South Linn Street with a fatal gunshot wound to his head. The incident occurred around 1:30 PM, and a witness reported seeing another man running from the vehicle.
