Maliyah Lakey, an 18-year-old from Warrensburg, Missouri, tragically lost her life on August 1, 2020. The incident occurred during a house party that turned violent. According to reports, a fight broke out at the party, leading to a male suspect pulling out a gun and opening fire. Maliyah was found dead at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound. Two other individuals, a 20-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, were also shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
