In the early hours of an October morning, the life of 34-year-old Blaine Saebens, a male resident of Sullivan, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On October 15, 2020, deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at a home located at 1608 East Springfield Road.
