Blaine Tabares, a 68-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on January 14, 2021. The incident occurred in the 6500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, where both Tabares and the suspect, Jimmy Carranco, lived. On the morning of the incident, St. Louis police responded to a report of a shooting at around 9:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Tabares suffering from puncture wounds to his body.
