Howard Timothy 'Tim' Shears, aged 67, passed away on August 7, 2021, in Joplin, Missouri. Born on January 13, 1954, in Joplin, Tim spent most of his life in Galena, Kansas, before moving back to Joplin five years prior to his death. He was a dedicated family man, married to Kathy Doreen Robinson since June 25, 1976, and was a loving father and grandfather.
