Richard Phillips, a 39-year-old man from Seligman, Missouri, was found dead on November 27, 2021, after being reported missing on November 23, 2021. His body was discovered by a group of hunters in a wooded area north of Seligman, Missouri. The investigation revealed that Phillips had been killed in northwestern Arkansas and his body was subsequently dumped in rural Barry County, Missouri.
