In the early morning hours of December 10, 2021, the life of 32-year-old Tylar Simon was tragically cut short in his Sedalia, Missouri, home. Three male juveniles, ages 15 and 16, forced their way into the residence with the intent to burglarize it. At least one of the teens was acquainted with Simon and his home. A confrontation ensued between the intruders and the residents, Tylar Simon and another man. During the struggle, Simon was fatally shot. The second man in the home was also assaulted ...
