I can't stop thinking about the role of "The B Estate" in all of this. It seems like it was just waiting for something tragic to happen. With all the noise complaints and the crowds, it was a powder keg. I understand that people want to have fun, but without the proper permits and oversight, it’s just a setup for disaster. My heart goes out to Deshawn Dudley's family. It's so unfair for their loved ones to be caught up in this chaos. It’s time the city really looks into these kinds of venues to prevent such tragedies in the future. Has anyone heard if the city is taking any concrete steps to prevent this from happening again?
