Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Terry Lamont Day's case lately. It's so haunting that it hasn't been solved yet. Something that's been sticking with me is the community's reaction back when this tragic event unfolded. From what I've gathered, Terry wasn't just another face in the crowd; he was deeply loved by his family and friends. He apparently had this incredible passion for cooking, which seems to have been a big part of what brought his family together. It's hard to imagine the void that must have left for them. In 2013, Indianapolis really seemed to be grappling with a lot of unsolved cases, and I can't help but wonder if the broader pattern of rising violence that year might've made investigations tougher. It’s just heartbreaking to think his family is still searching for answers nearly a decade later. I've seen communities rally together to keep cases alive in people's minds, and I really hope Terry's family keeps finding the support they need to seek justice for him. If anyone knows about any ongoing events or initiatives in Indy related to these unsolved cases, please share! Hoping for peace and resolution soon. ?

Has anyone else been looking into the unsolved case of Terry Lamont Day? I find it deeply disturbing that after so many years, there seems to be so little progress. It’s truly a shame because by all accounts, Terry was a genuine family man, passionate about life and cooking. I can't even imagine what his family and children are going through, knowing they haven’t received the closure they deserve. It’s so unfortunate how cases like these often slip away into the shadows, buried under the weight of a rising homicide rate like Indianapolis faced in 2013. I wonder what kind of systems are in place now to prevent this from happening to other families. Terry’s story echoes the struggles faced by his loved ones and the wider community who long for justice and safety. RIP Terry.
