I recently came across the tragic case of Katrina White and can't shake the feeling of how senseless the whole situation is. It's such a devastating reminder of the impact that gun violence can have on a community. Katrina was just 20, with her whole life ahead of her, and the fact that this happened to her and Dayeon Johnson in an area where people are supposed to feel safe is alarming.
I can't imagine the pain Katrina's family and friends must be going through, knowing that those responsible for this heinous act are still out there.
