I’ve been following Jeffery Avant’s case closely, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this has had on the children who were present in the apartment. It's unimaginable what they experienced that day and how it might affect them moving forward. Violence like this leaves scars not just on the victim's family, but on anyone who witnesses it. They deserve all the support and counseling available to help them process and heal from such a traumatic event. My heart truly goes out to them and Jeffery's loved ones. I hope they can find some semblance of peace and comfort in the time ahead.
