Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the community in South Bend and how impactful this case must have been for them back in 2000. Anthony D. Ebbole was a part of the community, and it's unsettling that nearly 23 years later, his killer hasn't been brought to justice. It really makes you wonder how such a violent act could occur in a neighborhood and remain unsolved for so long. What strikes me most is the time of the incident. A gunshot at 3:00 a.m. — would that usually stand out in a relatively quiet area? I can’t help but feel for the neighbors who must have heard it and how haunting that must have been for the person who discovered Anthony’s body. I hope the community continues to be vigilant and supportive of the investigation. Even the smallest detail might hold the key to solving this tragic mystery. My heart truly goes out to Anthony’s family and friends, who are still waiting for answers. Let's keep them in our thoughts and hope that someone with information finally steps up to help close this painful chapter.
