I've been following Yueh-Ju "Tommy" Wu's case, and one aspect that's really unsettling to me is the role of Wu's marijuana supplier in the events leading up to his murder. It's chilling to think that someone who was supposed to be part of his business circle could have essentially set him up.
I can't help but wonder about the supplier's motivations and whether there was any deeper animosity or if it was purely about greed. Did they realize the potential risk they were putting Wu in, especially knowing he had a girlfriend who was pregnant? This adds another layer of betrayal to an already tragic situation.
My heart goes out to Tommy's girlfriend and their child. They not only lost a partner and father but are also left grappling with the knowledge that someone so close was indirectly responsible for this loss. It's just a devastating reminder of how dangerous these illegal activities can be.
Does anyone else have thoughts on this aspect or similar cases where close associates were involved?
