I’ve been following the Kenneth Webb and Quincey Hill case closely and something that's been on my mind is the role of those Dark Blue backpacks they were carrying. It seems like they were well-prepared to be on the move or even stay off-grid for a while. Could they have planned to go off somewhere specific, like a favorite camping spot, or a location only they knew for more long-term living away from everyone? Maybe something happened along the way, or did they encounter someone or something unexpectedly? Given their lifestyles, it’s possible they didn’t intend for it to be permanent, but it makes me think there might have been more to where they were going or who they might have been meeting up with. Would love to hear any theories or if anyone in the local community might have seen or heard something related to those backpacks or any outdoor spots they frequented.
Has anyone looked into the possibility that Kenneth and Quincey might have been trying out some sort of off-the-grid lifestyle? I read that they often stayed in campgrounds and had their backpacks full of survival gear. Maybe they were intentionally trying to live away from typical society norms and things just didn't go as planned. It’s peculiar that both of their phones were unreliable. Maybe they preferred it that way? Just thinking out loud here since it's been so long with no word from them. Could be that they encountered trouble out in the wilderness, but also, did any of their friends or family notice them talking about wanting to escape or live differently before they disappeared? It's odd how their absence grew from a typical couple of days to this mysterious vanishing act. Feel free to share any thoughts or speculations!
Has anyone else been down to the Hilltop Vista mobile home park to see if there’s any local chatter about Kenneth and Quincey? I drove by a few weeks back, and it struck me how isolated it feels out there. It got me wondering if anyone might have seen something that day but didn't realize its importance. With the couple’s history of staying in campgrounds, I wonder if there were any fellow campers around the time of their disappearance who might have noticed two people with blue backpacks—especially given their survival gear. It seems odd that no one reported seeing them heading off somewhere. Could they have slipped into a trail or path that's lesser-known to the general public? The phone situation definitely complicates things, but I'm hoping someone might have caught a glimpse of them either in the park or moving out towards a nearby area. Anyone local have insights or heard any rumors?
