Kenneth Stephen Webb, age 29, was last seen on May 1, 2019, along with his girlfriend, Quincey Jeanne Hill, in Ozark, Missouri. The couple was last spotted near the Hilltop Vista mobile home park on Longview Road around 7:30 a.m. on the day they disappeared. They were both carrying dark blue backpacks filled with food and survival gear, indicating they may have planned to be away for some time.
