Has anyone else thought about how the role of alcohol played in this tragic incident? It's such a devastating reminder of how a night of drinking can spiral out of control. Brandon was clearly struggling, and it's heart-wrenching that things unfolded the way they did between him and McQueen. I find it hard to believe McQueen didn’t foresee the potential for disaster, even if he didn't expect the gun to fire. Alcohol impairs judgment, but it can't absolve responsibility. My heart goes out to Brandon's family and friends who have to live with this unimaginable loss. It's an eye-opener for all of us to be mindful of how substances can drastically alter decisions and situations. Such a painful story with no winners here. Thoughts?
