Hey everyone, just wanting to share some thoughts on Donald Jr. Allender's case. There's been a lot of discussion about the broader rise in crime that year, but I think it's important we don't overlook the impact on individual families and communities. I read that in 2015, the police were really stretched thin trying to keep up with the spike in violence. I can't help but wonder if that affected the resources available for Donald's case specifically. It's so sad to think there might be families out there without answers simply because the system was overwhelmed.
