I can't get Adam Porter out of my mind these days. Thinking about the beautiful service that was held for him, it was clear just how loved he was by everyone who knew him. He was so young and full of life, and hearing his friends and family speak about his passion for football and golf really made me feel connected to him, even though I didn't know him personally. It's such a shame that someone with such a bright future and a smile that seemed to light up the room had his life cut short like this. I keep hoping for justice, not just for Adam but for everyone whose lives were touched by him. It's deeply moving how a whole community can come together in times like these, offering support and shared grief. Here's hoping the legal proceedings will bring some clarity and peace to his family.

I just wanted to talk a bit about the significant role Adam Porter's father, Danny, played in his life. It's clear that they shared a special bond, not only as family but also as colleagues working together at DP Plumbing-Heating-Electrical. Adam was a licensed electrician, just like his dad, and I can't help but feel a deep sense of loss for Danny, losing both a son and a work partner. They must have shared countless hours together, both on and off the job.
It’s touching to think about the bond they had over their shared profession. I can only imagine how Danny is coping with this immense loss. Losing a child in such a tragic way is unimaginable, and to add to that pain, having worked so closely with Adam must make his absence felt even more acutely day to day.
Sending my thoughts and prayers to Adam’s family during this incredibly tough time. I hope the justice system provides the closure they deserve. ✨
