I recently came across the tragic case involving Mark Skipper and Kasreeyal Hester and my heart goes out to their families. It's so difficult to read about young lives with so much potential being cut short. Something that struck me was the profound impact they've had on their community, especially at Morton High School. They weren't just teammates on the football field; they were brothers in arms. I think it's a testament to their character that even years later, people are still coming together to hold vigils and share stories about the joy and light the boys brought into their lives. It must be such a comfort for the families to see that their sons are remembered not only as athletes but as cherished friends and community pillars. Really hoping for some breakthrough in the investigation to provide answers and some semblance of peace for their loved ones. The lack of resolution must be incredibly tough, but the continued support from the community seems to be a beacon for those who grieve.

I recently came across a piece of information regarding Mark Skipper's case that has been bothering me, and I wondered if anyone else had thought about it. Has there been any mention of surveillance footage from the area where Mark and Kasreeyal were found? Considering it was a somewhat populated area, maybe nearby businesses or traffic cameras could have captured something useful. For the families of these two young men, having any kind of lead might mean the world. It’s so difficult to think that their dreams were cut short and there’s still no justice for what happened. Has there been any movement in the case with regard to this angle? Would love to hear any thoughts or updates anyone might have.
