I just read about Gregory L. Wilson Jr.’s case, and it’s devastating how it's still unsolved after all these years. What a painful journey for his family, particularly his father who keeps vigil every year. It must take such strength and hope to continue seeking justice for Gregory amidst so much silence. I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it must be to not have any new leads or arrests. For those of you who might know more about the area or the situation back then, was there any particular reason why this case fell through the cracks? Indianapolis had so much going on that year, but it seems like Gregory’s case deserves more attention. Just wanted to send love and support to all who are still hoping for answers. Let's keep Gregory's story alive and push for some resolution for his family. ?

I came across the case of Gregory L. Wilson Jr. while browsing some local news archives, and it really struck a chord with me. So many families, like Gregory's, are kept in the dark and are just yearning for closure. It must be incredibly difficult for his father to organize those vigils year after year, though it's such a heartfelt gesture to keep Gregory's memory alive and seek justice. It’s shocking how many of these cases go unsolved. Keeping community events alive can sometimes reignite interest in cold cases, but it’s just tragic that there hasn’t been any breakthrough yet. Gregory seems like he was truly cherished by his loved ones, highlighted by the touching service they held at Mt Zion Apostolic Church after his death. Does anyone know if there have been recent updates or renewed focus on his case? His family deserves peace.
