Did anyone else read about the role that Jay Higginbotham's friends played in identifying Johnathan Cruz? I can't stop thinking about how brave they were, stepping up to help catch the guy responsible for such unthinkable violence. It must have taken a lot of courage to provide information, especially when faced with such a terrifying situation. My heart goes out to them, because not only did they lose a dear friend, but they had to relive such a traumatic event to ensure justice was served. I really admire their strength and the crucial part they played in making sure Cruz was put away for good. If anyone's heard more about this side of the case, I'd love to know more details about how they handled it all.
