Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Arthur "Batman" Wielosinski's case, and something that's been bothering me is the location where he was found. South Bend is a pretty tight-knit community, and it seems strange that there hasn’t been more information about the neighborhood where the shooting took place. Does anyone know if it's considered a high-crime area, or was this totally unexpected? Also, were there any surveillance cameras around, or is it one of those spots that’s kinda off the grid? I can’t imagine the struggle his family’s going through, not knowing what happened to their loved one. Every little detail matters, and maybe if we piece things together, it’ll help jog someone’s memory or lead to a new tip. Let’s keep this conversation going for Arthur’s sake. ?
