Hey everyone,
I've been following Marcus Rogan's case, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this must have on his cousin Deshawn. It’s bad enough to lose a family member in such a violent way, but to have been there yourself and also wounded must be an entirely different level of trauma. I really hope Deshawn is receiving the support he needs and is able to find some way to heal from both the physical and emotional scars.
Also, it’s frustrating knowing that Starks apparently bragged about the shooting online. How can someone be so callous and detached from the pain they're inflicting? It’s terrifying to think about how social media might be used like a trophy case by people like him. I hope platforms will find better ways to monitor and prevent this kind of behavior.
