Has anyone looked into the possibility of Joey having a medical emergency when he disappeared? I find it odd that he left without his phone or ID and then his car was found abandoned just two days later. That section of I-10 is pretty busy, so you’d think if something happened to him there, someone might have seen him. Maybe he got disoriented or confused due to some medical condition we don’t know about? It's also strange he didn't have shoes on. Could he have been in some kind of distress before leaving, or am I reaching here? It's just been on my mind since I read about the case. Would love to hear others' thoughts or if anyone knows if this angle was thoroughly investigated.
