Hey everyone, I've been following Erika Gaytan's case for a while now, and something really bothers me. I've seen discussions centered around Ricardo Marquez and the evidence, but I wanted to bring up the social media updates Erika posted during the concert. She seemed genuinely happy and excited in those posts – they don't come across as someone planning to disappear days before going missing. Could her posts give us more insight into her state of mind that night or who she might have been with? I'm curious if there's been any expert analysis on her social media activity or behavior leading up to the disappearance. What do you all think? Could this aspect offer more clues that we're missing?
I find it puzzling how no one seems to be talking about the ride-share aspect of the Erika Gaytan case. Marquez claimed she left his home using a ride-share service, yet there's no record of any ride booked for her. I mean, in today's tech-driven world, ride-share companies track everything, from pickups to drop-offs. It's strange how there's no digital trace of her getting into a ride-share that night. Could it be that Marquez thought this would be an easy alibi? Or is there some sort of glitch that could explain the missing records? It's these loose ends that make cases like this so confounding. What are your thoughts? Anyone here familiar with how ride-share data is typically handled in investigations?
Does anyone else find it odd how there have been no ride-share records to back up Marquez’s claim? In this day and age, when basically every ride is trackable through some digital footprint, it seems suspicious that there’s nothing out there confirming that part of his story. Plus, Erika's social media activity stopped right after the concert. You'd think if she had gotten into any car that night, there would be some sort of trace, right? I wonder if more will come out during the trial about this aspect, or if there are other gaps in Marquez’s story. The lack of digital evidence of a ride-share is just a red flag for me. What do you all think about this missing link in the case?
