I just can't stop thinking about the impact this must have had on Antoine's friends and family. Losing someone so suddenly and violently must be an unimaginable pain. I read that during the trial, Antoine's mother spoke about the devastating loss and how her son's future was stolen from him. It must take so much strength to stand up in court and face the person responsible for taking your child away. It’s reassuring to know that justice was served, but I can’t help feeling for those left behind trying to cope with such a senseless tragedy. I hope Antoine's loved ones are finding some peace and support during these tough times. If anyone has resources or ideas on how communities can support grieving families, please share.
