Has anyone looked into whether David Ceja had any connections to local communities or groups in Oceanside? Sometimes people at churches or volunteer organizations might have details that family members or friends might not know. Even a place he frequented often, like a diner or a park, could have seen or heard something. Oceanside is a tight-knit community in parts, and getting the word out in small gatherings or even flyers in those areas could potentially jog someone’s memory. Just thinking outside the box here since the usual channels seem to have run cold.
