Hi everyone, I've been following the case of Manjinder Singh and wanted to bring up something that's been on my mind. Has anyone else thought about the role of the gas station management regarding safety protocols before the incident? I find it deeply concerning that someone as beloved by the community as Manjinder was working in conditions that allegedly lacked basic safety measures. The IOSHA report mentioned the absence of a workplace violence prevention program, and I'm wondering if this is more common than we realize in smaller businesses. It's so crucial for employers to safeguard their employees, especially in jobs with higher risks like late-night retail. If anyone knows more about IOSHA's findings or has insight into how commonplace these sorts of violations are, please share. My heart goes out to Manjinder's family and friends. It's beyond tragic that they have lost someone so cherished under such circumstances. Let’s hope for justice and change that prioritizes safety so something like this never happens again.
