Has anyone else been following the interview footage from when the Elkhart County Homicide Unit asked for the public's help? It's so painful to see the officers and Washington's family pleading for any scrap of info. I really felt their desperation and earnestness. What's frustrating is that despite this public appeal, it seems like there hasn't been much progress shared with the community. It feels like there's a wall of silence surrounding potential witnesses or suspects. I can only imagine how difficult that must be for his family, not having closure while trying to carry on. I'm really hoping someone out there finds the courage to speak up and help bring the truth to light. It's been almost three years now, and Rochad and his loved ones deserve justice.
