Hey everyone, I've been following John's case since it happened, and with the recent arrest, it got me thinking about how close to home this all feels. It's incredible to see how active John was in his community, especially at St. Mary's with all his volunteering work. You can just tell he made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. Being both involved in his church and basketball team, he touched so many lives. I can't help but think about the kids at Lane Middle School who might've heard or seen something that night. It must be so frightening for a young person to realize something so tragic happened so close to their school. I hope they have the support they need to process it all. John seemed like such a bright light in the world, and even now, his legacy of kindness continues to inspire. Let’s keep his family and friends in our thoughts as the legal proceedings continue. They’ll need all the community support they can get right now. ? Does anyone have more insights into how the community’s been rallying together? It would be heartening to hear more stories of unity and strength.
