Does anyone else find it incredibly frustrating that Kevin R. Luther's case is still unsolved after all these years? I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family must be going through, not having answers about who did this to him. It's been over six years now, and we're still left wondering if justice will ever be served.
I read that the shooting happened in a fairly busy area, so it makes me wonder if someone out there knows something and just hasn't come forward yet. It's so hard to believe that nobody saw anything suspicious on East 38th Street that night. If by some chance someone new reads this who hasn’t already reached out to the authorities with any info they might have, please consider doing so. His family deserves to know what really happened that night, and Kevin deserves justice. It's important that we don't let his memory fade away or let this case go cold without a fight.
