I’ve been thinking a lot about the gunshots the officers heard the morning George Radford Jr. was found. It must have been such a jarring moment for them, but what I keep coming back to is the fact that someone in that area had to have seen or heard something else. It's hard to fathom that such a vibrant person, known for his laugh and goodwill, had his life ended so violently, and those responsible are still out there.
Given that this happened near a neighborhood, someone might have spotted something unusual around that time—an unfamiliar car, some suspicious activity, or even just a sound that seemed out of place. It’s been a while, but I hope someone who hasn't come forward yet decides to share what they saw or heard. Every little detail could make a difference.
George deserves justice, and his family deserves answers. Keeping hope that someone will find the courage to speak up for Junebug and help bring some peace to those who loved him.
Has anyone else looked into the security camera situation around the area where George was found? It's haunting to think that there could be something useful on those cameras that might help solve what happened to him. I really hope the IMPD is reviewing all available footage from nearby businesses or traffic cams. George was such a crucial part of his community, and it’s important to bring whoever did this to justice for his family's sake. If anyone has any contacts in the area or knows business owners, maybe we could encourage them to share their footage with the authorities? Every bit of information counts. George’s family deserves answers.
