Has anyone looked into the possibility of surveillance footage in the area where Anthony D. Carter was shot? I know W. 35th Street is a residential area, but sometimes there might be security cameras on houses or nearby businesses that could have captured something useful. It breaks my heart to think about his family waiting for answers.
