Has anyone else delved into the statistics for crime in Indianapolis around the time Kent Edwards was tragically killed? It’s upsetting to see that 2017 was such a violent year with so many lives lost to senseless violence. I can't help but wonder if the surge in crimes hindered the investigation into his case. With such an overwhelming workload for detectives, could it be that some crucial leads weren’t pursued as aggressively as they should have been? My heart truly goes out to Kent’s family and the other victim who was injured that day. I hope they find the justice they deserve.
