Do any locals remember the area around Military Road in Phelps, Wisconsin, back in 1975? I know it’s a long shot, but maybe the landscape has changed or there were landmarks that aren’t there now. Charles Theis went missing near there, and I’m curious if something about the area could have contributed to him getting lost or disoriented. Did anyone spend a lot of time in those woods back then who might remember some odd details or places out of sight that could be relevant? Sometimes the smallest thing can be a significant piece of the puzzle.
